Operating fully off-grid, this project serves as a prime ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) model for high-yield, green-certified institutional financing.

A progressive 3.5-hectare urban forestry concept designed in strict compliance with regional statutory conservation zoning (KÉSZ). This zero-impact development treats rigid environmental protections as an asset, establishing an off-grid forest therapy and mental well-being sanctuary for the urban population. Utilizing precise bio-harmonic spatial alignment and natural materials reclaimed from our regional hubs, the project features low-impact, elevated timber meditation platforms and eco-educational trails, serving as an active carbon-offset base for sustainability-focused corporations.
